  • List principles of neuroplasticity that can be applied during Gait Training for people with brain injury.
  • List secondary complications of brain injury affecting gait training.
  • Discuss principles and application of Early mobilization at the acute phase of rehabilitation.
  • Discuss walking programs for patients with Acquired Brain Injury, using High Intensity Gait Training, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Dual Task Training, Errorless Training and Orthotic Prescription.
  • Define and discuss the use of 3 evidence-based measures to be applied to track outcomes of Gait Training.
  • Demonstrate skills in applying High Intensity Gait Training to patients with Brain Injury and other neurologic dysfunction.
