  • By the end of this course the participants will be able to: 1- Define Myofascial pain syndrome and trigger points.
  • 2- Differentiate between the practice of dry needling and acupuncture therapy
  • 3- Identify the muscles by surface anatomy, palpation and function.
  • 4- List specific indications and contraindications of dry needling application.
  • 5- Underline possible adverse reaction of dry needling application.
  • 6- Evaluate effectiveness of manual and movement therapy interventions with incorporation of dry needling techniques, integrating evidence‐based management of neuro‐musculoskeletal disorders.
